The new Dell laptop is $3500 to start but comes with a 20″ screen — is there a market for this?
Wow – this is by far the biggest laptop ever – check out how it opens and is carried. 20″ screen, 4 gig of ram, etc. I have said for a long time that eventually the desktop will be gone – could this be a start to that routing?

Wow, that’s one oddball of a computer. I wonder why it isn’t called the Transormer :)
20″ is too small for me. I’m still waiting for them to come out with a 24″ laptop. That way I can watch movies without feeling cramped. (My main purpose for buying the laptop would be to watch movies, of course.) The screen would have to glossy, as shiny as possible. It’s so cool that every laptop is now widescreen. Why would anyone want something that’s narrower (thus smaller) ? My deal would be to have the cheapest but biggest laptop. I want to get the most for my money.
